Hello, and Welcome to American Dissident Voices. My name is Shaun
Walker.

On today's show I would like to introduce myself and talk a
little bit about the National Alliance. The National Alliance has
existed for 35 years now, and it is the organization that
sponsors American Dissident Voices. There was a small faction
that broke off from the National Alliance and they are now in the
process of forming their own organization. We at the National
Alliance have had problems like this on and off for the last 35
years. The end result from most of these break-offs comes from
people that didn't work well in a group. They, undoubtedly, will
continue not to work well in a group. We don't have any great
hope for this new organization, but at the same time we have no
animosity towards them or their efforts. We hope only that they
stick to getting our message out to our people and our racial
Cause.

There have been some recent developments within the National
Alliance. For example, on the 25th of April I was appointed as
the Chairman, and now it is my task to fix this problem that came
about.

The National Alliance publishes National Vanguard magazine, which
has not been put out on time regularly for the last three years.
This has caused a great deal of friction and is ultimately the
root of this splinter within the National Alliance.

We know that our publications have to be put out on time,
regularly, to make an impact on society. We cannot just publish a
magazine whenever we find it convenient. We have to make
deadlines. So, we have hired a new editor for National Vanguard
magazine, and we hope to have the next issue out in two months.
We are catching up on all our other publications as well. Erich
Gliebe will now be working full time for Resistance Records,
which is a business owned by the National Alliance. We also have
a publication there called Resistance magazine, it too has been
getting out late and we are going to get it out on time. Our
third publication, titled Free Speech, will be getting out on
time as well. And lastly the book catalog, the last project that
we have to catch up on will be put out in May or June. The
catalog itself is basically done; we are just doing the proofing
now.

Regarding the National Alliance and its business entities,
Resistance Records and National Vanguard Books, these operations
are very sound and in full swing. We have problems with
customers, not problems with orders. The Internet has a way of
greatly exaggerating issues to people involved in certain chat
rooms. Aside from these Internet attacks against the National
Alliance, the overall structure and function of the organization
have not been affected in the slightest.

As the new Chairman, I would like to bring up some issues that
have not been discussed very heavily within our organization or
on these programs over the last three years. Dr. William Pierce,
who founded the National Alliance, spent a great deal of time
going over current issues, and breaking down the content of
certain events and discussing how the Alliance's ideology views
these events. In the past we've analyzed some current events and
I plan on continuing that trend, but I would also like to expand
upon our ideology. It is very important for the White race,
particularly now, as Ideology becomes a glue when a people need
direction. If we look at just the current events that I discussed
earlier, with some people on the Internet attacking the National
Alliance, one can see the clear lack in ideology. These people,
although racial nationalists, have no focus. Instead they take
out their aggression towards their fellow Whiteman. This
pettiness, this soap opera like atmosphere, always occurs
whenever a group of people loses focus on what their goal is.

The goal of the National Alliance is simple. We want for the
White race tomorrow, what our ancestors always had. We want
something as simple as what White America was 40 years ago. That
doesn't mean we want the negative aspects of 40 years ago. What
it means is, in regards to race this country will have laws in
force to protect the White race. We want a nation with a
government that has laws, and enforces them, to only benefit
White people. To go about creating this change, that is
absolutely necessary for the White race to survive in North
America, we have to be able to understand the world events in a
clear manner. Dr. Pierce did a good job of taking every issue,
one-on-one, and explaining them in detail. I hope to continue
that trend. But today's program isn't going to go into ideology
per se. What I would like to do is outline future plans for the
National Alliance and American Dissident Voices.

The basic beliefs of the National Alliance are in regards to race
and how do we, as members of the White race, fit into the world.
We believe that we have a responsibility to our race and to life
itself. There are responsibilities that all of us share and in
the most dire times we have to strive even harder. The duties and
responsibilities that we have as White men and women are first,
the survival of our people. The core make up of National Alliance
philosophy has many beliefs that come from National Socialist
ideology. And the root of National Socialist ideology is the
Folk.

The word Folk in English, is unknown by millions of people.
Millions of Americans will use the term "folk-music" without the
understanding of what the word "Folk" means. The word "Folk," the
concept of "Folk" and all that surrounds a " Folk" is so central
to the National Alliance Ideology that I will spend several
shows, going over in detail, "What is a Folk?" and how do we
strive to improve our society with a Folk Conscious. Some people
do confuse the word Folk for race. But these are separate
concepts. Race itself is a biological entity. And I would like to
explain the National Alliance's beliefs on race.

We define the separate races under the same terminologies as
Carlton Coon, a late professor of American Anthropology. We
believe that there are five pure races, then, there are a variety
of hybrid races. We believe that the one pure race, the White
race, is broken down into sub-groups. All of these are just as
White and just as important. We do not view these sub-groups to
be in any form of competition.

The traditional break-down of the White race is by three major
groups: Nordic, Alpine and Mediterranean. I, myself, have seen
plenty of people that are pure Nordic and plenty of people that
are pure Mediterranean, but I've yet to see a good definition of
what is a pure Alpine. These three terminologies are more of a
left over, this was the terminology used about 100 years ago and
even 50 years ago, but it doesn't really fit into the current
political spectrum of the National Alliance Ideology.

The National Alliance views the White race to be broken down as
follows. In the north of Europe we have the Germanic-Keltic
element. This would include all of your Scandinavians, your
Germans from Germany proper, Dutch, Flemish and English, and of
course the Keltic Welsh, Irish and Scottish. There may be some
pure Kelts left in Ireland and northern Wales, but by-and-large,
they've heavily intermixed.

The next group would be your Slavs. The Slavs are in the east of
Europe, and although they have intermixed with the other
sub-populations of the White race, the Slavic people do have
unique features and a unique look. One of the most obvious would
be the round heads that Slavs have. I would say, from my personal
observation that perhaps 20% of Slavs have more of a square head
that you find common in Scandinavia, but they absolutely lack the
long heads you would see with the Germans or English.

Within these two groups lie the Baltic people: Lithuanian,
Latvian and Estonian. These nations, although controlled by
Russia up till quite recently, are much more on the lines of the
Germanic people in historical content.

 To the south we find the third large group of the White race,
which are the Mediterranean people. Most of the Mediterranean
would be classified as Latin. These groups being the Italian,
southern French, Spanish and Portuguese, but to the east we still
have the Greek world. The traditional division a thousand years
ago, had an east and west of Europe, and that division still
exists to a degree. The Greeks are still, in many ways,
affiliated with the East, the Slavic the Russian, through their
Church, their language, and their writing form. The Greeks are
very much still a part of the Eastern world, but Greece for
political reasons became much more westernized just as World War
Two ended and Greece was brought into the Western sphere of
influence. This difference with the Greeks, having become more
"modernized" and more western, as members of NATO and now members
of the EU, using the EU currency, but their cultures and
traditions are still based more either to the east or
Mediterranean.

With these three sub-groups of the White race, the
Germanic-Keltic north, the Mediterranean south, and Slavic East
there are still small pockets of other groups.

There are the Basque, which are difficult to classify. The Basque
are definitely of a European people, but their language is not
Indo-Aryan. Perhaps the Basque are a relic of a proto-White race
that evolved at the same time as the White race did after the
Indo-Aryans migrated through Europe. But, this is still
speculation.

There are other groups, such as the Romanians, who culturally are
Mediterranean, because they are of a Latin culture even though
they are not on the Mediterranean itself.

The Hungarians don't really fit in anywhere at all.
Linguistically they are slightly related to Finno-Ugric, which is
the logistic category that Hungarian or Magyar is classified
under, although the Hungarians and Finns have no genetic
relationship. The language matter is similar to the fact that the
people in India and the Philippines speak English. They don't
have any genetic relationship to the English, they were just
taught via trade and conquest. The Finns themselves are
genetically closer to the Germans and the Swedes. There is no
genetic relationship between Hungarians and Finns. This of course
doesn't mean that the Hungarians are outcasts it just means they
don't fit into the Slavic category or the Mediterranean category
or the Germanic-Keltic, but they are still just as White, and as
long as people are White, we all have to work together.

In subsequent programs we will go over certain issues within
these White countries around the world in regards to political
matters that are taking place, such as the upcoming election in
Britain, where the BNP stands a good chance of winning, and with
Germany where the NPD has done very well in recent times. And,
throughout Europe there seams to be a Nationalist trend that is
starting to almost reach a pitch that our enemy is getting more
worrisome of. This trend though, is not taking place in America,
not to any degree of importance yet. We will discuss that further
as well.

The second issue that I wanted to talk about was to introduce
myself. I'm 36 years old; I was born in Hayward, California where
I grew up. The only other place I lived while growing up was up
in Canada, mostly Saskatchewan. My parents are Canadians. There
is a racial side-note here. When my parents immigrated to America
in 1963, America still had the racially exclusive laws, the type
of laws we need enacted again.

My life hasn't really been any different from the people
listening to this show. I have two brothers, I grew up in an
upper-middle class neighborhood, and like most of you listening,
my neighborhood was once a nice White neighborhood. I don't know
the date that Hayward starting getting darker. I do know that
around 1976 some of the racially exclusive laws in the Bay Area
were thrown out. I do remember that in the early 1980's there was
what we called the White market. If you wanted to put your house
up for sale, you first put it on the White market. This allowed
White people to buy your house first. It was considered extremely
rude to put your house on the open market first. This wasn't in
the American South that is so famous for the Jim Crowe laws. This
was in Hayward, California, which is on the East Bay of the San
Francisco Bay.

Aside from this racially beneficial practice of selling your
house to White people first, to keep your neighborhood White,
there were social forces in place that governed our actions. We
all knew that inter-racial dating was bad. There was a taboo
against it. You didn't question it but it did happen
occasionally. Often times it was a very fat White woman that was
with a black man. Most people just figured that she wasn't
attractive enough to get a White man. But, there was still a
feeling of stigmatism against these types of relationships. And,
in a very short time, contrast that with today. All you need to
do is turn on the TV and look at the daily talk show. It's almost
as if there is a new FCC regulation that requires interracial
couples. But, when I was growing up, that was a rare occurrence.

In the area that I was in, there were large groups of Blacks,
Hispanics, Pacific Islanders and Filipinos. All four of these
groups had their gangs. Their youth stuck together. There were
sayings, for example, that if you fight one Mexican, that is, if
you fight one bean, you fight the whole burrito. Which meant,
after you fought a Mexican and you won, he would go get a few of
his friends and try to jump you. Of course this didn't always
happen, but, I wasn't angry that these non-whites had unified. On
the streets they had their gangs and they had strength in
numbers. What I was most frustrated with was the disunity with
Whites. You would see these Whites bullied constantly by the
non-whites; basically cow-towing to the non-whites. There was a
clear knuckling under that white people did to the non-whites.
The Whites became dominated by the non-whites.

The White people that had to deal with non-white crime, just the
pressures that non-whites put onto the white people, it had a
different affect. They just tended to try to move away. And they
are still doing this non-stop.

This scenario, this problem that has been known as "White-Flight"
for about 50 years has got to be the easiest point that I've
argued when I've done media interviews. Whenever a bleeding heart
Liberal says to me: "Well, I've got non-white friends or Well, I
went to school with non-whites and how wonderful it is to be
around them." I always ask; "Why do millions of White people move
away from the non-whites?"

 Why do we have neighborhoods that were all White, 20, 30, 40
years ago and all the Whites have left? There hasn't been a
plague, biologically speaking that is. The reason that these
White people have moved away is because of social pressures the
non-whites have brought to bear upon them. And I do hope that
everyone listening to this show already knows this.

This show itself has been called the most Politically Incorrect
show on the airwaves. I don't take pride in that fact, but I do
understand why it is. This concept of Political Correctness is an
artificially created social taboo and has been very harmful to
the White race. The dismantling of this social taboo is one of
the prime goals of the National Alliance. And, I hope it is also
one of the main goals for our listening audience. To borrow a
statement from Dr. Pierce, we have to stop being spectators in
life and become participants in our future. We have to
participate in more than just listening to a radio broadcast. We
have to do more than just selling a book on racial concepts.
These are good, but they are only tools. They are not our main
goal.

The main goal of the National Alliance is to bring about a
massive societal change in America and elsewhere, for the
exclusive benefit of White people. This cannot be done overnight.
There are many steps that must be taken to make this happen. Many
people get burnt out in the process or become distracted by side
issues. And a few people get involved for all the wrong reasons.
But, all the rest of us have an obligation to our very biological
existence, to make this a reality.

Some people say: "It's impossible; those days are gone." But,
what existed just 40 or 50 yeas ago can certainly exist again in
10 or 20 years; hopefully a lot sooner.

When I've talked to people about these issues, when I've talked
with people about our goals, one question always seams to come
up. It's the same sort of question. "What is the most important
thing that we can do?" 

What we must do right now, with the phase that we are in today,
is to win over the hearts and minds of our race. Our people must
have a healthy race-based ideology. Only with a strong rooted
philosophy can we gain the strength and discipline that is
necessary to make these changes. The degree of change that is
necessary, to bring our people to where they need to be tomorrow
from where they are today, can only be described as
Revolutionary. I do not use this term lightly or incorrectly. I
do use this term truthfully and accurately. The American society
has unraveled. There cannot be a simple fix for the problems that
we have. There will not be a new coat of paint and just clean off
some cob webs in the corner. Our present situation does require
us to be revolutionaries. We must bring about change on such a
large scale that the bleeding heart liberal today will become a
racial stalwart tomorrow. And we, the men and women of the
National Alliance, are currently involved in this process. If you
are White and listening to this show then you must see these
problems that we face. I invite you to join with us, the National
